Terms and Conditions

By using or making a purchase from this site, you agree to the terms & conditions set out below;

1. Copyright

All images, designs and text on this website are Copyright and the property of Claire Vize trading as Lady Luck Jewellery. If you wish to use images or text from this site for any purpose, please request written permission first.

2. Postage

Postage is £2.95 per order, regardless of order size. With the exception of earrings, all jewellery items are gift boxed. Earrings and handbag accessories are presented in a pretty organza bag. All items are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class unless otherwise specified and will be posted within 2 working days of an order being placed. Should your order be damaged or lost in the post a full refund (or replacement where appropriate) will be offered.

3. Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to let me know you wish to return your purchase for a refund. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition they arrived with you. Item purchase and original postage price will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost to return the item. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned if the hygiene seal on the packaging has been broken.

4. Payment

Payment can be made through Paypal Express Checkout using your credit or debit card, or alternatively postal payment can be arranged. Goods will not be posted out until payment has been made in full.

5. Materials

All metal 'findings', e.g. chain, clasps etc used are silver plated unless otherwise stated and comply with the EU Nickel Regulations. Bead materials used are clearly stated in each item description. If you suffer from severe allergies to any materials it is strongly suggested that you contact me before purchasing.

6. Caring for your Jewellery

Every care is taken to ensure that all pieces of jewellery are well made, and can be cherished for a long time. However, please take every care to ensure that your jewellery is not subjected to bathing, showering, swimming or any prolonged contact with water. It is advisable to apply perfumes and body lotions at least 15 minutes before wearing jewellery, to avoid any potential staining or discolouration that may occur.

Lady Luck Jewellery is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What Information we collect

Mailing List Sign Up

We collect your email address and your name (optional) at the point of sign up to the Lady Luck Jewellery mailing list. We may send promotional emails to you on a periodic basis with a frequency or no more than once per calendar month. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any point, by either choosing the 'unsubscribe' option on the email, or by contacting mail@ladyluckjewellery.co.uk with the subject line of 'mailing list unsubscribe'

Ordering

If you place an order on this website, we collect your name, address, email and telephone number. Payment details are not stored. Data collected during the course of customer order placements will not be used for any future marketing purposes.

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
